30-day return window for unused products (customer responsible for return shipping + fees).

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Limitations
Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear & tear, consumable parts, or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips, corrosion, discoloration by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners).

Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper installation/maintenance (as outlined in the applicable owner’s manual or operating instructions).

Commercial, industrial, rental, or professional use.

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or installation of non-SportScreen parts.

Refurbished/reconditioned products (unless specified in writing).

Products used outside intended purpose (e.g., SportScreen warranty is void if used for golf; only the SportScreen Golf Studio applies for golf use).

Outdoor installation of SportScreen Golf Studio (indoor use only).

Parts manufactured by other companies (covered by their own warranty).
