Shipping Policy

TPH Innovations LLC processes and ships orders using trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery and product protection. Orders are typically fulfilled through FedEx or UPS, with freight delivery arranged for oversized products such as full simulator enclosures and pipe framing kits.


Lead Time & Processing:
Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the product type and order volume. Transit time varies between 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.


Freight Deliveries & Lift Gate Service:

Larger items such as pipe framing kits and built-in panels are shipped via freight carriers. For residential or business deliveries without a loading dock, we strongly recommend selecting Lift Gate Service. This service allows the freight driver to safely lower your shipment to the ground using a hydraulic platform.

  • Typical lift gate capacity accommodates loads up to 1,000 lbs.

  • This service is especially useful for orders that include pre-cut pipe kits or heavier enclosure frames that arrive on pallets.

  • Fees for lift gate service vary based on carrier and location; please contact us for a quote if needed.


Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all orders unless otherwise stated.

  • International shipments do not include customs duties, brokerage, or import fees. These must be paid by the recipient.

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival to ensure all boxes and components are received in good condition.




DOF Reality:

1. General Terms of Sale

All purchases made through TPH Innovations LLC for DOF Reality products are governed by DOF Reality’s official Terms of Trade. Each product is sold new and compliant with all relevant international manufacturing and consumer laws.

Changes or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing prior to purchase.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shown in USD and exclude local VAT, import duties, customs fees, or brokerage costs.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable local taxes and import charges upon delivery.

  • Payment for custom-built or professional systems requires an upfront deposit before production begins.

  • Orders not paid within 5 business days will be placed on hold and cancelled after an additional 2 days if payment is not received.

  • Only one discount or promotion code may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

  • Currency conversions displayed in local values are estimates only. Final pricing is determined by your bank’s exchange rate at the time of transaction.

3. Shipping Policy


Shipping Methods

  • All platforms and accessories are shipped in securely packed boxes via international freight.

  • Each system is assembled, tested, and calibrated before shipping, then disassembled for safe transport.

  • Customers will receive detailed assembly instructions and all tools required for setup.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship under DAP Incoterms(Delivered at Place). This means you are responsible for import customs clearance and any local duties or taxes that may be charged by their country. In many cases, shipments to North America clear without additional import fees, but customs and tariffs are ultimately determined by your local authorities and are outside our control.

  • DOF Reality motion simulators are built and shipped from Poland (directly from DOF Reality) in production batches approximately every 2-3 weeks. Because of this, delivery time depends on when your order enters the next batch.

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Most DOF Reality orders are delivered within 5-6 weeks from the date of purchase (Additional 2 weeks added in as a safety factor; Was: 3-4 weeks). This estimate includes payment processing (5-7 business days), production, customs export/import, and transit time to your address. Delivery times may vary based on freight carrier schedules, customs processing, and regional conditions. 
  • Pre-orders will have undefined shipping dates until production begins. Once your order is in the production queue, we will provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping Cost Adjustments

  • Shipping rates listed on the website are estimates and may fluctuate based on destination or carrier rate changes.

  • If additional freight charges apply, customers will be notified prior to shipment for approval or refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so may void any replacement claim.

 



The SportScreen:

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped using a variety of carriers (chosen based on best rates).

  • Free shipping to Canada and the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping charges apply to all other regions.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has been processed.

  • Estimated processing lead times (before courier transit):

    • Lead time begins from the date dimensions are confirmed (or from order placement if dimensions are already provided).

    • Golf Studios: 1–7 business days

    • Standard SportScreens: 1–3 business days

    • Custom SportScreens & Custom Golf Studios: 10–15 business days

  • Courier transit times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Lead times may increase during peak seasons.


Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, missing, or not received, please contact the carrier directly using the details in your shipping confirmation email.

  • If a package is declared lost by the carrier, The SportScreen will re-ship your order.

  • If you cannot resolve an issue with the carrier, contact support@simulatordirect.com for assistance.

Re-Delivery Costs

  • Once tracking information has been provided, customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment.

  • If a delivery attempt fails and requires re-delivery, any additional expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The SportScreen is not responsible for re-delivery costs if the customer was unavailable to receive the package.

Tariffs, Customs & Additional Fees

  • For shipments within North America, The SportScreen typically covers tariff and brokerage fees.

  • However, due to sudden changes in border regulations, customers may occasionally be responsible for import/export duties, customs fees, or taxes.

  • For shipments outside North America:

    • Customers are fully responsible for all duties, customs charges, taxes, and brokerage fees.

  • For shipments to the United States:

    • Customers may be asked to provide SSN, Tax ID, ITIN, EIN, or IRS number to ensure smooth customs clearance.

    • This information is used solely for customs paperwork and will be destroyed upon successful delivery


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Spornia:

Shipping Information

Simulator Direct ships Spornia products using trusted parcel carriers, typically FedEx Ground, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Most Spornia products include free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Eligible items will clearly display “Free Shipping” on the product page. Any Spornia items that do not qualify for free shipping will show their shipping cost in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Free shipping applies only to deliveries within the continental U.S. and does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other locations outside the lower 48 states.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please also provide a complete physical street address to help prevent delays or delivery issues.

The shipping rates and options shown in your cart and at checkout are the prices that will be charged for Spornia products.

 

Split Shipments (Nets & Mats)

Some Spornia products—especially nets and golf mats—may ship from different locations or in separate boxes.

Because of this:

• Your net and mat may arrive on different days, even when ordered together.

• Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During major gift-giving seasons and other peak periods, carriers such as FedEx and UPS may experience higher-than-normal volumes, which can extend transit times.

Please keep in mind:

• Delivery may be delayed by a few extra days during peak holiday periods.

• We strongly recommend ordering early if you need your Spornia items by a specific date.

• Once an order has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Because we do not control carrier operations or weather-related events, late deliveries during peak seasons are not eligible for free shipping or refunds of shipping costs.

We will always do our best to process and ship your Spornia order promptly and provide tracking so you can follow your shipment’s progress.



Optoma:

Shipping Information

Simulator Direct ships Optoma products using trusted parcel and freight carriers to help ensure reliable delivery and product protection. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, Optoma products typically ship via FedEx Ground to addresses within the contiguous United States. All shipping costs and applicable fees are displayed in your cart and at checkout before you place your order, and those are the amounts that will be charged.

From time to time, qualifying Optoma orders may receive free standard ground shipping (for example, certain high-value orders or eligible Interactive and Commercial Display Panels). When free shipping is available for a specific product or order, it will be clearly indicated on the product page and/or at checkout. Unless explicitly shown as “Free Shipping” for your address at checkout, standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping, when offered, applies only within the contiguous U.S. and does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

A FedEx signature service fee (currently $5) may be included in the shipping charge to help ensure secure delivery.

 

Freight & Large Shipments

Larger or heavier Optoma orders may ship via a freight carrier instead of standard parcel services. Freight shipments are typically delivered to a commercial loading dock or curbside at residential addresses. Additional services (such as inside delivery or appointment delivery) may be available in some areas for an additional fee.

If you prefer to use your own freight service or account for an Optoma order, please let us know before placing your order so we can note this on the purchase order and coordinate shipping accordingly.


Expedited Shipping

If you need an Optoma product sooner than standard ground transit, expedited shipping options (such as 2-day or overnight) may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before or shortly after placing your order so we can provide an expedited shipping quote and an estimated delivery timeframe.


Tracking Information & Delivery Timing

Once your Optoma order ships, tracking information and serial numbers are typically provided within one business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment through to delivery.

Typical FedEx Ground delivery times within the contiguous U.S. are approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Freight shipments may take slightly longer. All delivery times are estimates only; actual transit times may vary due to carrier routing, weather conditions, seasonal volume, or other factors outside our control.


Warranty-Related Shipping (Optoma Service Centers)

If an Optoma product purchased through Simulator Direct requires warranty service directly through Optoma, shipping for repairs or replacements is governed by Optoma’s Limited Warranty.

Under Optoma’s current U.S. warranty terms:

• For eligible warranty claims within 30 days of purchase, two-way shipping costs for warranty service are typically paid by Optoma.

• For eligible warranty claims after 30 days of purchase, one-way shipping costs are typically paid by Optoma, with the customer responsible for the other leg of transit.

These warranty shipping terms are determined by Optoma and are subject to change. For the most up-to-date details, please refer to Optoma’s Limited Warranty at support.optomausa.com or the warranty documentation included with your product.




SimBooth:

Shipping Information


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Simulator Direct ships SimBooth products using trusted freight carriers to help ensure reliable delivery and protection of these large, made-to-order golf simulator booths. Most SimBooth orders ship directly from Sim Sports Corporation in Saint-Georges, Québec, Canada. Smaller accessory items, when applicable, may ship via standard parcel services.


Shipping Costs & Display at Checkout

All shipping costs for SimBooth products are calculated based on destination, order size, and shipping method, and are clearly displayed in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. These are the amounts that will be charged for shipping. Free shipping is not guaranteed and only applies when it is explicitly indicated on the product page and/or at checkout. Unless “Free Shipping” is clearly shown for your order, standard shipping charges apply.


Lead Time & Processing

SimBooth enclosures and booths are built to order. Lead times can vary based on configuration, production schedule, and carrier availability. When available, estimated production and shipping windows will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to production workload, carrier routing, customs clearance, weather, or seasonal volume. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.


Freight Deliveries & Special Services

Because of their size and weight, SimBooth products are typically shipped on pallets via freight. Freight deliveries are generally made curbside at a residential address or to a commercial loading dock. If you require additional services—such as lift-gate service, inside delivery, or a scheduled delivery appointment (where available)—please contact support@simulatordirect.com before placing your order so we can provide a quote and set expectations for delivery.


International Shipments & Import Fees

For international shipments (for example, shipments from Canada into the United States), additional duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by customs authorities or carriers. Unless otherwise stated on the product page at the time of purchase, these import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all SimBooth deliveries upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if you notice visible damage or missing items. Providing photos of the packaging and any damage will help us work with the carrier and SimBooth to resolve the issue quickly.
