Spornia Side Net Extension

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Within the Contiguous United States
Most Spornia products ship with free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

Eligible items will clearly display free shipping on the product page.

Any products that do not qualify will show their shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping applies only to deliveries within the continental U.S. and does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other locations outside the lower 48 states.
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please also provide a complete street address to help prevent delays or delivery issues.
Split Shipments (Nets & Mats)
Some Spornia items—especially nets and golf mats—may ship from different locations or in separate boxes.
Because of this:

Your net and mat may arrive on different days, even if ordered together.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During major gift-giving seasons and other high-volume periods, carriers like FedEx and UPS may experience longer-than-normal transit times.
Please keep in mind:

Delivery may be delayed by a few extra days during peak holidays.

We strongly recommend ordering early if you need your items by a specific date.

Once an order has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Because we do not control carrier operations or weather-related delays, late deliveries during the holidays are not eligible for free shipping or refunds of shipping costs.
We will always do our best to process and ship your Spornia order promptly and provide tracking so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be confident when ordering Spornia products from Simulator Direct. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right within the guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange for Spornia items within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we may provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund).

Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.
To start a return, please contact our team at support@simulatordirect.com (or via our Contact page). We’ll confirm eligibility, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, and provide return instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, Spornia products must:

Be in like-new, undamaged condition

Include all original parts, components, and accessories

Be returned in the original product packaging
For technology products purchased with Spornia bundles (e.g., launch monitors, projectors):

Items must be undamaged and unregistered to qualify for return.
If a return is accepted but arrives missing components, with visible wear, or not in original packaging, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Any return shipping cost and any restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Spornia product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery (if signing).

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
When an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will:

Cover the return shipping cost, and

Arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Items that become damaged after use are not refundable under the standard return policy and may instead be evaluated under the warranty policy (if applicable).
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a Spornia order:

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return under the 30-Day policy.

You may be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (up to 15%).

Warranty Policy
Spornia products are designed for long-term use and are backed by limited warranties covering manufacturing defects. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Netting Warranty – 60 Days
Spornia golf netting is covered for 60 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

Tears or damage to the netting that occur under normal, intended use and proper care.
If your netting fails due to a manufacturing defect or material issue during this period, please contact us with your order details and photos/video of the issue so we can help initiate a warranty claim.
Frame Warranty – 1 Year
Spornia golf net frames are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

Frame parts that break on their own due to manufacturing defects or material failure during normal use.
This warranty does not cover frame issues caused by:

Twisting, bending, or breakage from misuse or improper setup
-
Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, or accidents
-
Damage due to exposure to weather (e.g., prolonged sun, wind, rain, snow, falling branches, hail, lightning, etc.)
If your frame is found to be defective within the warranty period, Spornia (through Simulator Direct) will, at their discretion:

Repair or replace the affected parts or product, and
-
Cover the cost of parts and labor for any warranty repair.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:

Contact us at support@simulatordirect.com with your order number, date of purchase, and photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

Keep all original parts and packaging until your claim is fully resolved.

We and/or Spornia may request additional information or inspection to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The Spornia limited warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by cut, scuffed, or heavily worn golf balls

Misuse, abuse, or neglect, including failure to follow setup and use instructions

Damage from improper installation or assembly
-
Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by unauthorized parties
-
Damage caused by weather conditions (including sun fading, wind damage, storm damage, falling debris, hail, lightning, etc.)

Any secondary or property damage, such as:

Broken windows
-
Damage to walls, ceilings, TVs, computers, or other property caused by a ball going through, over, or around a net
-
The warranty applies only to the Spornia product itself and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
