Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items returned to the Apevie Simulator warehouse.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
