Q: The force feedback weakens or disappears suddenly.
A: Restart the wheel base, MOZA Pit House, and the game.
Q: The shift indicator doesn’t match the engine speed.
A: Follow these steps:

Click “Configurate” in the game on the right side of the main page in MOZA Pit House.

Turn on the Rev Speed Matching button on the steering wheel setting page.
Q: Insensitive shift paddle / response latency / unresponsive / stuck.
A: Click “Calibrate Paddles” on the Recovery and Reset page in MOZA Pit House and calibrate as instructed.
Q: The steering wheel is not successfully paired with the wheel base for a long time.
A: Try the following methods:

Upgrade the base and steering wheel firmware to the latest version.

Set the steering wheel access detection in MOZA Pit House to Continuous Detection.

Or keep access detection as Automatic Detection, but perform a steering wheel automatic detection calibration.
Q: How to ensure that the steering wheel can be used normally / meaning of the shift indicator changes.
A:

When no game is running and the MOZA Pit House indicator mode is set to Follow Speed, the shift indicator will breathe purple light, meaning the wheel can be used normally.

If the shift indicator breathes blue light, the wheel is in upgrade mode and requires a firmware re-upgrade in MOZA Pit House.
-
If MOZA Pit House cannot detect the wheel and the shift indicator cycles left and right, it means the wheel is trying to pair with the base. If pairing fails for a long time, see “Steering wheel not successfully paired with the base for a long time.”
Q: The shifter paddle is insensitive.
A: See “The steering wheel is not successfully paired with the wheel base for a long time.” If the issue persists, please contact customer service.
Return Window:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items returned to the Apevie Simulator warehouse.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
