Q: Is the magnetic connector strong enough?

A: Yes. The magnetic connector is specifically designed to ensure a secure connection while also protecting the product in case excessive force is applied to the connector.

Return Window:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility For Returns:

• Unused, in the same condition as received

• Original packaging intact, with all tags included

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items returned to the Apevie Simulator warehouse.

Damages & Issues:

Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:

Refunds:
