You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility For Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

  • Unused, in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging intact, with all tags included

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

 

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items returned to the Apevie Simulator warehouse.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
